Manage your purchase

Last updated: 7 August 2026

Full access comes two ways: a monthly plan that opens with a 3-day free trial and renews until you cancel, or a lifetime unlock you pay for once. Both open exactly the same thing — every learning slide and all 243 questions.

Either way, it follows you. The purchase is tied to your Apple or Google account, so it moves to new devices and survives reinstalling the app.

Restoring your purchase

Reinstalled the app, or moved to a new device? Your purchase comes back with you:

  1. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase.
  2. Open Cosmos and tap Parents.
  3. Pass the parental gate (a short sum).
  4. Tap Restore purchases.

If it still does not come back, email us — see Support — and tell us which store you bought from. We will sort it out.

What the purchase includes

QuestionAnswer
Will I be charged again? It depends which you bought. The lifetime unlock is a single payment — nothing renews. The monthly subscription renews every month until you cancel it.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?In your store account, not in the app: on iPhone or iPad, Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, the Play Store app › your profile › Payments and subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
What happens after the 3-day free trial? The monthly price is charged automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
Does it work on my other devices?Yes, on devices signed in to the same store account. Use Restore purchases on each one.
What can I see before buying? The home screen. Cosmos is unlocked by a purchase, so the slides and questions open once a grown-up has bought either plan.
Does my child lose their stars? No. Progress and stars are stored on the device.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own policy — not by us. Use Apple’s Report a Problem or Google Play’s refund process. If something went wrong on our side, tell us and we will back you up.
